'Kingdoms of Fire, Ice & Fairytales' is the second film by Bonné de Bod and Susan Scott. KINGDOMS is a departure for the duo from their investigative filmmaking as they look at iconic wildernesses in three locations: Yellowstone National Park in America; the Black Forest in Germany; and the Arctic Circle in Swedish Lapland. Originally planned as a television series, COVID brought the filming to a halt and the filmmakers had to adapt and even included the COVID storyline into the film to bring relevance to our searching for a way forward in these new times.

Caroline Brett (BSc Hons/Zoology, Bristol Uni.) is a highly experienced and award-winning producer/director/writer.

She worked for twenty-one years for the prestigious Survival series including in Arctic Canada, in the rain forests of Sierra Leone and on a remote Vietnamese island. She also produced the highly successful Predators with Gaby Roslin and Wild about Essex with Tony Robinson.

Caroline has recently made films on black caiman in Brazil, the history of the pearl trade in Bahrain, street children in India and ponies in Scotland, the later two she also filmed. She has photographs at the Specialist Stock Library, has numerous articles and seven books published and while working for Save Our Seas, the foundation won many wildlife film festival awards including Jackson Hole and Wildscreen.

She considers film proposals mainly on wildlife, animals and conservation for DVD, internet, TV and cinema.

Sound Off Films was founded in 2014 by Annie Costner and Adrienne Hall, who met while producing a documentary about the oceans.

They lived together as roommates in a basement apartment in Boulder, Colorado. He holds an undergraduate degree in Music Education from the Crane School of Music, (SUNY Potsdam), and did his masters and doctoral work in Media Ecology at New York University under Neil Postman. Tom is also a former board member of Filmmakers For Conservation, and an adjunct professor in Communications at Fordham University where he explores the interface of mass communication and the environment.

We have been filming wildlife in the Middle East since 1993, since 2003 on HD, and from 2008 on the Redone and thus have one of the most extensive wildlife footage libraries, both topside and underwater, in the region.

We currently produce small promotional videos for the Somerset Wildlife Trust.

We are currently working on a documentary on the Bridgwater & Taunton Canal in Somerset regarding the history, modern use and changing wildlife that can be discovered as you journey along its route. The work in process can be seen on our YouTube. We are in the process of pitching this idea to larger production companies to help get this to television.

We have also worked alongside Michael Jordan (former presenter) on a fungi special for the Somerset Wildlife Trust and covered the Exmoor Pony Round Up in detail.
